Estimated delivery times:

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Boujee Hair Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Boujee Hair Solutions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to address errors may be subject to reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Boujee Hair Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Orders
